Dura Capital, (The investment Adviser), is incorporated in Seychelles with limited liability. The Dura Fund (The Fund) and the Dura Capital
Management Ltd (the Fund Manager) are incorporated in Seychelles. The Fund Manager has overall responsibility for the investments and affairs of the Fund.
The investment objective of the Dura Fund is to achieve superior medium to long-term financial returns primarily through investing in listed
securities on stock markets in the African region. The fund's strategies are designed to achieve a targeted US dollar return of 20% or more in the medium to long term.
